What is the ornament like? +
A round ceramic ornament about 3 inches across, light enough not to pull a branch down. Your portrait is printed on the front, the back is left plain, and it comes with a gold cord for hanging.
Is it a photo printed on an ornament? +
No. Your photo is repainted first, as a portrait in the world, art style or pet persona you pick, and that painting is what is printed. Your child, family or pet still looks like themselves, just painted.
Will the hanging hole land on a face? +
No. Every portrait is placed so the hole sits above the head, in the sky or the background, which is why every ornament on this page hangs clear of the face.
Can I order one for each grandparent? +
Yes. Choose how many right before you pay: the first ornament is $29 and each extra one is $19, up to 10 in one order. They are all the same portrait and ship together.
Can it be our dog or cat, or the whole family? +
Yes. There are 16 personas for dogs and cats, and 12 art styles for a family of up to six or a couple.
What if I do not like the design? +
You see the finished portrait before you pay, and nothing is printed until you approve it. If it is not right, try again or tell us what to change.
When will it arrive? +
Each ornament is made to order in the US. It leaves the workshop in 2 to 5 working days, then ships by standard post, free. For Christmas, order by Monday, December 7.
Do I get the digital file too? +
Yes. The high-resolution portrait comes by email with every ornament order, without the watermark.
