What is a gift link?
A personalized client or employee gift you send as a link instead of a box. The person opens it, uploads one photo of their child, their pet or their whole family, and chooses a world or an art style; we paint the portrait, they approve a proof, pick a framed canvas, a canvas, a jigsaw puzzle or a fleece blanket, and we print it in the US and ship it to them. You choose what each gift may cost ($59, $79, $109 or $149, shipping included), you never collect a size or an address, and your card is charged only when a link is used. Unused links cost nothing and end on the date you set.
How am I charged?
When you sign up you save a card with Stripe. Nothing is charged then. Each time someone redeems their link and checks out, we charge that card the price of the keepsake they chose, up to the cap you set ($59, $79, $109 or $149, shipping included). Links nobody uses cost nothing.
What do the people I send it to see?
An email from us with your name and your note, and a page that explains the gift. They upload a photo, pick a world or art style, see their portrait before anything is made, choose a keepsake and enter their address. The gift is already applied at checkout.
Do you share their photos or addresses with me?
No. Your dashboard shows only whether each link was redeemed, when it shipped and what you were charged. The photo, the portrait and the address stay between them and us.
Can I send the links myself?
Yes. Add people by name only and copy each link from your dashboard, to send from your own email, text or CRM.
Can my CRM add people automatically?
Yes. Your dashboard gives you an API key and the one request to send. With Zapier, use Webhooks by Zapier (a paid Zapier plan) after a trigger such as a deal moving to closed.
When do the links stop working?
On the end date you choose for each gift, up to a year out. After that an unused link simply ends, and nothing is owed for it.
Will it arrive in time for the holidays?
Everything is made to order in the US. For arrival by December 24, people should approve their portrait by Monday, December 7, so send links by the end of November.
Where can keepsakes ship?
To US addresses.
