How does the gift card work?

You choose an amount from $10 to $500 and who it is for. We email the card to them right away or on the morning you pick, or to you to print or forward. They upload one photo of a child, a pet or the family, pick a world or art style, approve the portrait, and enter the code at checkout. The card pays for as much of the order as its balance covers.

Does the gift card expire?

No. The card has no expiry date and no fees, and any balance left after an order stays on the card for next time.

What can they spend it on?

Any portrait made from a photo: jigsaw puzzles from $59, gallery canvases, framed canvases, fleece blankets, ornaments and mugs, and digital downloads. Prices include US shipping. Stitched clothing and engraved necklaces have their own checkout and do not take the gift card.

Can I give it on Christmas morning?

Yes. Choose "On a date" and we email it at about 7am your time on that day. You get your own copy straight away, with a printable card if you would rather put it under the tree.

Can I print it?

Yes. Every card comes with a printable version you can fold, write in and wrap. It has the code and a QR code that takes them straight to the start.

What if the order costs more than the card?

They pay the difference at checkout with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If it costs less, the rest stays on the gift card.

Can it be used with a sale or a discount code?

Yes. Any sale or code comes off the price first, and the gift card pays what is left.

Where can the portrait be shipped?

Printed portraits ship to US addresses. Digital downloads work anywhere.
