You need a photo of whoever the portrait stars, so this works best when you already have one on your phone: a shared album, a group chat, a picture from the last visit. A clear, well-lit phone photo is enough. If the gift is meant to be a surprise and you have nothing usable, ask another family member for one before you order.
How long does it take to arrive? +
Everything is printed to order. Production takes 1–3 business days and US transit takes 4–7, so plan on roughly 5–10 business days from the moment you approve your proof. Shipping is free in the US. If you are closer to the date than that, the digital download arrives by email as soon as you buy it.
