A clear, front-facing photo with good lighting gives the best result. Make sure the face is not obscured by sunglasses, hats, or shadows. The child should be the main subject of the photo.
How long does delivery take? +
Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after you approve your proof, whether you chose a puzzle, a canvas, a framed canvas, or a blanket. Each one is printed to order in the US, and free standard shipping is included.
Can I see the image before you print it? +
Yes. We show you a full proof of the final image before sending anything to print. You must actively approve it before we proceed.
What happens if I am not happy with the result? +
If your order arrives damaged or the print quality is not as expected, we will reprint it at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Is my photo stored securely? +
Your photo is used only to create your portrait. The original photo you upload is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We never use your photos to train AI models, and we share them only with the service providers needed to create and deliver your order, such as our AI image provider and print partner.
